Applicable to the Shift4 Dine POS “$0 Upfront + 12 Months Fees Waived” promotional offer.

To qualify for and maintain eligibility under the Shift4 Dine POS special offer, merchants must satisfy the following conditions:

1. Mandatory Program Enrollment. Merchants must enroll in the Shift4 Advantage Program to receive the 12-month monthly fee waiver. The Advantage Program requires participation in an approved cost-offset processing model, which may include Dual Pricing, Cash Discounting, or a Supplemental Fee arrangement, each designed to offset credit card processing costs. Should a merchant opt out of the Advantage Program or transition to an alternative pricing method at any point during the initial twelve (12) month period, the promotional credit will be forfeited in full and the merchant will become liable for standard monthly fees from that point forward.

2. Equipment Quantity Limits. The monthly fee waiver applies to a maximum of four (4) devices per merchant account. Eligible devices include those billed under the Shift4 Dine POS (billing code PO1) and Shift4 Dine Glass (billing code PA4) product lines. Additional devices beyond this cap are not covered by the promotional waiver and will be billed at standard rates.

3. Required Service Agreements. To qualify for $0 upfront hardware costs, merchants must execute both a Merchant Processing Agreement and a POS Service Agreement. Both agreements must remain in good standing for the duration of the promotional period.

4. Wireless Data Plan Restrictions. Wireless data plans provided with Shift4 handheld devices are capped at 200 MB per device, per month. Usage exceeding this monthly allowance may result in surcharges or service-level adjustments at Shift4’s discretion.

5. General Terms. This offer is subject to credit approval and may not be combined with other promotions. Shift4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Standard fees, processing rates, and equipment terms apply outside the scope of the promotional waiver. All terms of the Merchant Processing Agreement and POS Service Agreement remain in full force and effect.
