Hardware Discount
SMB (as defined herein) merchant customers who have an existing, currently operating restaurant and: (i) sign an Initial Order Form with Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) for the first time with an initial term of at least twenty-four (24) months (“New Customers”); (ii) purchase at least four thousand dollars ($4,000) worth of Toast hardware; (iii) purchase at least three (3) Toast Software subscriptions, including the Software Monthly Subscription (SKU: SUB011) and two (2) of the following subscriptions: Additional Tablet Monthly Software Subscription (SKU: SUB001), Handheld Monthly Software Subscription (SKU: SUB120), Kitchen Display Screen Monthly Subscription (SKU: SUB008), or Kiosk Monthly Subscription (SKU: SUB015); and (iv) achieve a Go-Live Date (as defined below) within sixty (60) days of signing their Initial Order Form (“Eligible Customers”) are eligible to receive a one-time discount of up to four thousand ($4,000) on such Toast hardware.
“Go-Live Date” means the actual date upon which an Eligible Customer is capable of processing card payments and begins using the Toast POS services in a live production environment. If an Eligible Customer does not meet the Go-Live Date criteria set forth above, the Eligible Customer will be responsible for paying, and Toast shall have the right to collect, the total discount amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000).
The discount may be applied once per Eligible Customer and may not be combined with additional promotions or discounts except as otherwise set forth by Toast. This discount will expire on May 15, 2025 and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward any other fees. This is a limited time offer subject to change and may only be available in select markets. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time.
“SMB” shall mean a merchant customer with less than fifteen (15) restaurant locations and that signs up for Toast through Toast’s small and midsize business channels. Toast shall determine whether a merchant customer is considered an SMB in its sole discretion.
Digital Storefront Suites Promotion
SMB (as defined herein) merchant customers who have an existing, currently operating restaurant and: (i) sign an Initial Order Form with Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) for the first time with an initial term of at least twenty-four (24) months (“New Customers”); (ii) purchase at least four thousand dollars ($4,000) worth of Toast hardware; (iii) purchase at least three (3) Toast Software subscriptions, including the Software Monthly Subscription (SKU: SUB011) and two (2) of the following subscriptions: Additional Tablet Monthly Software Subscription (SKU: SUB001), Handheld Monthly Software Subscription (SKU: SUB120), Kitchen Display Screen Monthly Subscription (SKU: SUB008), or Kiosk Monthly Subscription (SKU: SUB015); and (iv) achieve a Go-Live Date (as defined below) within sixty (60) days of signing their Initial Order Form (“Eligible Customers”) are eligible to receive their first twelve (12) months of Digital Storefront Suites without paying a software subscription fee (the “Promotion”). For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion only applies to the monthly software subscription fee associated with Digital Storefront Suites; it does not apply to any other fees incurred during Merchant’s use of the Digital Storefront Suites (for example, fees associated with usage of Toast Delivery Services or card processing rates). The Promotion will expire twelve (12) months after the start of the trial (the “Promo Period”). Following the Promo Period, the fee shall be the full quote price per month until the end of the Term (as defined in the Agreement).
“Digital Storefront Suites” shall mean Toast’s Digital Storefront Essentials (SKU: SUBP17) or Toast Digital Storefront Pro (SKU: SUBP14) software subscriptions.
“Go-Live Date” means the actual date upon which an Eligible Customer is capable of processing card payments and begins using the Toast point of sale services in a live production environment.
This Promotion may be applied once per Eligible Customer, is non-transferrable, and may not be combined with additional promotions or discounts on the Digital Storefront Suites. This Promotion will expire on May 15, 2025. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward any other fees, and may only be available in select markets.
